I'm concerned that the current plan has the entrance to the park opposite Chuckwood instead of Quail Ridge like some of the other earlier options. Quail Ridge is midway between Well and Mintwood minimizing traffic impact to those two roads and is probably the best place to eventually place a light, should one be needed in the future.
Also the current plan has a community center and a 240 plus grass seating amphitheater with only 100 parking spaces. This leads to the potential of cars being parked on 51 and/or the adjoining streets when both facilities could be in use to their maximum potential. NOT GOOD PLANNING AT ALL.
Multiple small parking areas spread out and near the focal points of the park with a capacity to handle the parking needs at it's maximum would be the correct way to design the new park.
